(Activity 85) - This category is for the provision of psychiatric, psychological, social and other therapies on a planned and regularly scheduled basis. Partial hospitalization is designed for those clients who would benefit from more intensive services than are offered in outpatient treatment project, but who do not require 24-hour inpatient care. This environment provides multi-modal and multi-disciplinary psychotherapy. Services consist of regularly scheduled treatment sessions at least three (3) days per week with a minimum of ten (10) or more hours per week. Approved approaches for Partial Hospitalization are: Drug Free, Other Chemotherapy and Experimental.

They are the absolute worse employers in the city. They absolutely do not care about their staff, they provide minimal care to the patients, staffing is poor, and care is substandard. And if you become injured on the job, they provide work comp, but spend more trying to prevent you from getting the benefits you deserve or are entitled to. Insist you work injured, what a flicking nightmare of an employer, all in UPMC Health System. Awful awful awful. Better going to Mercy Behavioral for help or Allegheny Health Network.
